Grease lubrication can be filled with grease for a long time without replenishment, and the structure of its sealing device is relatively simple, so it is widely used. Oil lubrication is relatively simple. Frequent lubrication can improve bearing life. The bearing is allowed to have a slight running noise during operation. If the noise is too loud or there is abnormal noise or impact, it indicates that the bearing is faulty.
The reasons for the noise of rolling bearings are more complicated, one of which is the wear of the mating surfaces of the inner and outer rings of the bearing. Due to this wear, the matching relationship between the bearing and the housing, the high-temperature bearing and the shaft is destroyed, causing the axis to deviate from the correct position, and abnormal noise occurs when the shaft moves at high speed. When the bearing is fatigued, the metal on its surface will peel off, which will also increase the radial clearance of the bearing and produce abnormal noise. In addition, insufficient lubrication of the bearing, the formation of dry friction, and the cracking of the bearing will produce abnormal noises. After the bearing is worn and loose, the cage is loose and damaged, and abnormal noise will also occur.
When the mechanism is running, the part where the bearing is installed is allowed to have a certain temperature. When stroking the shell of the mechanism, it should be normal that it does not feel hot, otherwise it indicates that the bearing temperature is too high. The reasons for the high bearing temperature are: the quality of the lubricating oil does not meet the requirements or deteriorates, the viscosity of the lubricating oil is too high; the mechanism assembly is too tight (insufficient clearance); the bearing assembly is too tight; the bearing race rotates on the shaft or in the shell; Large; the bearing cage or rolling elements are broken, etc. Selection and control of shaft and bearing chamber tolerances: After the bearing is pressed into the bearing, it should rotate flexibly without any sense of blockage. If the rotation is obviously inflexible, it indicates that the size of the shaft is too large and the tolerance should be reduced. If the high-temperature bearing is pressed into the shaft and there is an obvious "sand" feeling when it is rotated by hand, it may be that the tolerance of the shaft is too large or the roundness of the shaft is not good. Therefore, when controlling the tolerance of the shaft and the bearing chamber, it is necessary to control the roundness. At present, many domestic manufacturers only control the tolerance and do not control the roundness.
Because the bearing is a high-precision product, it is easy to damage the bearing channel if it is improperly assembled, resulting in bearing damage. The bearing should have a special mold when assembling, and it cannot be beaten at will. When pressing into the shaft, only a small circle can be stressed, and when a large circle is pressed, only a large circle can be stressed. When assembling, it is required to use air pressure or hydraulic pressure. When pressing, the up and down touch should be out of the horizontal state. If it is inclined, it will cause the bearing channel to be damaged by force, which will cause the bearing to generate noise. In the past, many manufacturers thought it was the bearing problem. After our continuous publicity, the motor factory has now realized that the main problem is the insulating paint. This problem is mainly because the acidic substances volatilized from the insulating paint form corrosive substances under certain temperature and humidity, which corrode the high-temperature bearing channel and cause bearing damage.
